Reinspire Studio is a creative design and development studio based in Amsterdam.

We strive to deliver high-quality, impactful design solutions and build partnerships based on transparency, fairness, and creativity. By working with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms are co-created with a design thinking approach, blending clarity, creativity, and legal expertise.

We believe that contracts should not just protect, but also build trust and reflect our values.

2.1 Partnering with Reinspire

We work best with clients who:

3. Ethical compass

We believe in positive impact. Projects that don’t align with our vision of responsibility, creativity, or fairness may be declined.

We may evaluate organisations and projects before starting, based on their intentions and actions.

4. Our way of working

We use an agile and iterative approach: Understand → Imagine → Create → Scale.

• We adapt when reality changes. Flexibility is part of the process.
• We don’t claim to know everything upfront. Iteration builds better outcomes.
• Collaboration is key: feedback loops and check-ins ensure alignment.

4.1 Execution of the assignment

Engagement of third parties

Reinspire may engage external partners, specialists and freelancers for the execution of the assignment. Reinspire remains the point of contact for the client and is responsible for the coordination and quality of the agreed services. Engaged third parties are bound by the relevant agreements on confidentiality and, where applicable, the protection of personal data.

5. Communication & feedback

Communication principles:

• We provide regular updates to keep you in the loop.
• Feedback is essential, we’ll ask for your input at critical points.
• Together, we refine and improve until the best solution is reached.

6. Confidentiality & intellectual property

6. Confidentiality

• All client information is treated as confidential during and after the project.
• Confidentiality continues for up to 2 years after the project ends.
• If confidentiality is violated, damages may be charged to the responsible party.

6.1 Intellectual Property (IP)

• All project deliverables remain property of Reinspire until full payment is made.
• Once paid, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose or the complete IP if this was discussed.
• Reinspire may showcase non-confidential deliverables (case studies, portfolio, exhibitions) unless otherwise agreed.

7. Compensation & payment

• Pricing is based on project scope and time invested. A clear proposal will be provided.
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur additional costs.
• Additional costs (e.g. third-party tools, travel expenses) will only be charged after prior agreement.
• We may adjust rates yearly to reflect fair market growth and to keep our talent inspired.

8. Tackling changes & issues

• Project changes: adjustments may happen. We’ll re-align together when needed.
• Issues or disagreements:

1. Discuss directly with our project manager.
2. If needed, escalate to your Reinspire contact.
3. If unresolved, we’ll work towards a solution within one week.
4. Reinspire cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from project delays or unexpected issues.

We always aim for fair, transparent solutions.

9. Termination

• Agreements last for the agreed project term or, in case of ongoing collaboration, 1 year with 2 months’ notice.
• Upon termination:

• all outstanding invoices become immediately due,
• all IP rights remain with Reinspire until paid in full.

10. Website terms

• All content on our website (text, visuals, code, design) is owned by Reinspire Studio or licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse our content without permission.
• Trademarks and logos may not be used without consent.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
